Hayk Grigoryan appointed Chairman of Armenia’s Investigative Committee

By the decree of the government Hayk Grigoryan was appointed Chairman of Armenia’s Investigative Committee. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Grigoryan on assuming the post, saying: “The establishment of law in Armenia, the fight against corruption and crime remains a priority for us. I want to stress once again, that addressing all these matters should not come at the expense of human rights and the other side of the law.”

To remind, the post of the Chairman has been vacant since June 11 when the former chairman Aghvan Hovsepyan announced resignation.
