MINISTER SAYS SOME HAVE MISUNDERSTOOD REFERENDUM IN NAGORNO KARABAKH

Today the Defense Minister of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan pointed out that some negative reactions to the constitutional referendum in Nagorno Karabakh are strange. He believes some international institutions have confused the constitutional referendum with the referendum of independence of Karabakh. “If someone is no interested in the constitutional referendum in Karabakh, it is a different issue,” he said. The defense minister said the statements of NATO representatives that NKR is an issue for Minsk Group co-chairs and that NATO does not interfere in it is unacceptable.
