My name is Adam Kablanian and I am Chairman of the Board of Virage Logic Corporation, the semiconductor industry’s trusted IP partner. I want to welcome you to this new section of Panorama media web site which was established to bring focus and attention to the IT-sector.

Today, people around the world are currently using products that contain Virage Logic’s semiconductor IP. Whether it be a popular cell phone, MP3 player, digital camera, gaming system, set top box, hearing aid, or USB Flash Drive, it’s highly likely that Virage Logic’s embedded memory Intellectual Property is providing key functionality that you care about. Functionality such as longer battery life, faster performance/graphics, and lower heat dissipation are just some of the key benefits our embedded memory technology provides. And, as up to 80-90% of all semiconductor chips will be comprised of embedded memory, Virage Logic’s part in enabling the broad range of electronics products continues to become increasingly important. It is highly important to note that Virage Logic’s Armenian Branch plays an increasingly important role in the company’s success and the developments in Armenia’s IT sector are important to us.

With this new project, we wish to raise and discuss issues that relate to the IT sector in Armenian and worldwide, that are of interest to our audience, to all those who care about IT – engineers, business people, and scientists. I trust you will find this work useful and interesting.
