MOTHER AND CHILD MORTALITY RATE GOES DOWN

The mortality rate connected with pregnancy complication and during the period of child delivery and post-delivery has gone down by 4 as against the year 2006, Karine Kujumjyan, census and population department head at the national statistics service, told Panorama.am. In her words, last year 429 cases of children death up to 1 year old were registered against 523 cases in 2006.
