ARMENIAN BARITONE GOT GOLDEN MEDAL

Yesterday baritone Roman Bourdenko from Saint Petersburg got a golden medal in the international competition of baritones named after Pavel Lisitsyan in Russian state academic big theatre.

According to Russian media Armenian Gevorg Hakobyan and Liam Boner got golden medals also. Note that 47 baritones participated in the competition from 15 countries. The winner received 10 thousands dollars and a right to take part in big theatre’s play.

Famous international masters Plasido Domingo, Mirela Frenni, Nikolay Gedan and Fisher-Diskaun supported to the establishment of baritone’s competition and named it to commemorate Pavel Lisitsyan.
