“ARMENIAN-HUNGARIAN RELATIONSHIP AND ARMENIANS IN EUROPE” CONFERENCE STARTED

“Armenian-Hungarian Relationship and Armenians in Eastern and Middle Europe” conference started in Academy of National Sciences, reported the press service of the Academy.

According to the source Vladimir Barkhudaryan, Academician-secretary of Armenian Studies and Social Sciences, Ashot Melkonyan, the director of Institute of History, Shador Ozen professor of Catholic University of Hungary, the Ambassadors of Ukraine and Romania in Armenia made speeches in the conference.
According to the press release Armenian scientists expect to make new surveys and publications on Armenian-Hungarian cultural, scientific, economic, and political aspects. Yet in 1968 Armenian-Hungarian Academies of Sciences signed a cooperation contract and since then they have close communication strategies.
