VTB Bank Armenia, with the largest number of branches in Armenia (78), is successfully implementing an on-line program in the country, Bank’s Press Service reported.
As of June 15, 2009, 57 Bank subsidiaries have joined the system: 31 in Yerevan, 2 in Hrazdan, 1 in each of the following cities: Vedi, Artashat, Masis, Echmiadzin, Gavar, Martuni, Vardenis, Dilijan, Yeghegnadzor, Jermouk, Vayk, Sisian, Goris, Meghri, Kapan, Charentsavan, Ijevan, Tumanyan, Noyemberyan, Artik, Talin, Armavir, Berd and Baghramyan village.
The bank is actively working on schedule, connecting 3-4 branches to the on-line system daily, aiming to complete the transfer to online system within the next 2 months.
