ROBERT KOCHARYAN INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL COMPANY

The former president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan has been appointed independent director of “Systema” financial company’s managerial board. Note that the company is famous both in Russia and CIS countries, the press service of the holding reports.

According to the source the managerial session conducted on June 27 made a decision to add three directors to the running 10 ones. Hence Rajiv Mehrotra, the founder and the director of Shyam Telelink and Leonid Melamed the president of “Systema” have been appointed independent directors of the company.
