Liz Taylor’s heart procedure went off without hitch

Elizabeth Taylor’s scheduled heart procedure went off without a hitch, foreign media reports.

“Dear Friends, My heart procedure went off perfectly. It’s like having a brand new ticker,” she wrote on her social internet web page. “Thank you for your prayers and good wishes… I know they all helped.”

Taylor also used her web site earlier this week to announce she was headed into the hospital for the operation.
