Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2009 underway today

This afternoon, the opening act, the interval act and the announcement of the jury and televoting results will be rehearsed in the Palats Sportu in Kiev. The thirteen candidates will only perform tonight in the live show of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2009. After the show there's a press conference and after party. Armenian representative Luara Hayrapetyan will perform her “Barcelona” song the third. The thirteen countries participating in the contest are Sweden, Russia, Armenia, Romania, Serbia, Georgia, The Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, Ukraine, Belgium, Belarus, FYR Macedonia.
