Nazik Avdalyan wins World Weightlifting Championship

Armenian weightlifter Nazik Avdalyan, 19, (w/c 69 kg) won the World Champion title at the World Weightlifting Championships under way in Goyang, South Korea.

Nazik Avdalyan lifted 119 kg in the snatch and 147 kg in the jerk. With 266kg total result, she won 3 gold medals. Russian Oksana Slivenko took the silver medal in all 3 with 264kg totally. Bronze was gained by Shaolin Jang (248kg).
