7 companies running medicine business, had been fined about 470 million AMD by State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition of Armenia, applied to the court.
Their claims demanded announcing invalid some points of the Commission. It’s worth mentioning that the commission had already rejected some points during its general meetings.
According to the commission decision the companies should pay their fines within 10 days and reduce the unreasonably increased prices of medicine.
The Commission press speaker Armine Udumyan told Panorama.am that they haven’t registered either reduction or increase.
