The President of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen Arsen Ghazaryan referred to the freight transfers after the reopening of Upper Lars check point.
He said because of bad weather conditions bigger trucks don’t drive yet but small cars drive through.
“The reopening of Upper Lars is particularly important for us. Regarding to the freight transfers they are supposed to be completely recovered at the end of March when winter snow storms are left behind,” Ghazaryan said.
