Greece would get the majority of any financial aid package from its partners in the eurozone, according to a draft document circulated at an EU meeting of heads of government.
A draft agreed by the French and German delegations said that "as part of a package involving substantial International Monetary Fund financing and a majority of European financing, euro area member states are ready to contribute to co-ordinated bilateral loans".
