The votes of the juries and televoting public of the 17 competing countries in the First Semi-Final, plus those from Spain, France and Germany have now been cast and the results have been verified. The results of the 10 qualifiers were announced in a completely random order and appeared as virtual envelopes on screen.
The 10 qualifiers as they were announced are- Bosnia & Herzegovina, Moldova, Russia, Greece, Portugal, Belarus, Serbia, Belgium, Albania, Iceland.
Second semifinal participants are Lithuania, Armenia, Israel, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Georgia, Turkey. Countries of G4 – Spain, Britain, France and Germany, as well as the winner of the contest in 2009 – Norway, will have their performances in the finals.
