Two countries are going to host the World Champion candidate's matches approved by FIDE. According to FIDE decision four of the eight qualifiers will play in Baku, and the other four chess players, including Armenian GM Levon Aronian, in another country adjusted additionally.
Currently seven of the eight qualifiers are known: Aronian, Topalov, Kramnik, Carlsen, Kamsky, Gelfand, Radjabov.

According to preliminary decision, the matches, which will be held with the knockout system will begin on March 1, 2011.
