State Commission on regulating public services and economic competition has new chairman

On 18 June President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Hakob Ghahramanyan chairman of the Artsakh Republic State Commission on regulating public services and economic competition with term of office till 12 June of 2012, the central information department of Artsakh President's office reported.
