VivaCell-MTS announces the outage that occurred on Sunday evening is fixed

Armenia’s leading mobile operator VivaCell-MTS informs that the outage that occurred on Sunday evening was fixed by 01:12 AM on Monday.

A portion of VivaCell-MTS subscribers experienced intermittent disruptions because of the outage. The problem was found in one of the network subsystems.

VivaCel-MTS’ rapid response team was working continuously during the whole period to identify the root cause of the incident, and fully resolved the disruption.
