Artsakh President attends opening of Paravon Mirzoyan’s personal exhibition

On 27 July President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan in capital Stepanakert partook at a solemn opening ceremony of the personal exhibition of Paravon Mirzoyan, painter, Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia, the central information department of Artsakh President’s office reported.
