Russian PM Vladimir Putin declared the growth of bread price in Russia is a result of speculator’s activities. Talking to people during the opening of HPP in Nijni-Bureyk, Putin said the growth isn’t objective and that it is a speculative growth.
He said anti monopoly institutions should hold investigation and the authorities should prevent it.
