Boris Danielyan awarded title of Honored Doctor of Artsakh

On 7 September President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding honorary title of Honored Doctor of the Artsakh Republic to Boris Danielyan for substantial contribution to the development of the health care system, exclusive professional abilities and recognition, the central information department of Artsakh President's office reported.
