Upper Lars checkpoint open

“Upper Lars checkpoint between Georgia and Russia is open. Upper Lars checkpoint has opened and movement of vehicles resumed,” Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan told Panorama.am.

Panorama.am recalls that Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze said in Yerevan today Upper lars checkpoint was closed due to technical problems.
