Finance Minister: Armenia’s state budget to have social orientation

 The state budget of 2011 will have social orientation. The Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan told the reporters Wednesday that compared with 2010 certain fields would be disposed more money in 2011. Particularly, about 15% more will be granted to the Minister of Culture, health appropriations will grow by 9 billion AMD, science and education are in this list as well.
