Sevak Beglaryan appointed as member of Artsakh Republic State Commission

On 15 October President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Sevak Beglaryan as a member of the Artsakh Republic State Commission on regulating public services and economic competition with a five-year term in office, the central information department of Artsakh President's office reported.
