Armenian GM Levon Aronian has advanced his rating index and now runs second with 2809,1 in the top list of the world’s chess players. Magnus Carlsen of Norway leads with 2812,0. Indian Wiswanathan Anand concludes the top three with 2808,4. Vladimir Kramnik is fourth with 2790,1, followed by Alexander Grischuk (2775,3) and Veselin Topalov (2774,8).
