Vanes Martirosyan vs. Saul Roman bout postponed

 The bout between Vanes Martirosyan and Saul Roman will now take place on June 4th at Staples Center in Los Angeles, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told Fightnews.com on Tuesday afternoon. “We had to push the fight back from April 23rd to June 4th because Vanes had a case of the flu recently,” said Arum.

Martirosyan from Glendale, CA, returned to the ring last month in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, knocking out Bladimir Hernandez in the second round. It was his first fight in nine months since Martirosyan won a 10 round unanimous decision over Joe Greene at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, NY.
