Zaven Andriasian’s success in Dubai Open

 Armenian GM Zaven Andriasian scored 7,5 points out of 9 and shared the 1st-2nd places with GM Ehsan Ghaem Maghami in the blitz open which was held in Dubai, UAE. Ghaem Maghami won at the "armageddon", and Andriasian was awarded the second prize, “armchess.am” informs.

FM Karen H. Grigoryan, GMs Samvel Ter-Sahakyan, David Arutinian were behind the winners with half a point and took the 3rd, 5th, 6th places respectively.

82 chess players took part in the tournament.
