VivaCell-MTS offers exceptional term for subscribers roaming in Georgia

 VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, is glad to announce that till October 1st, the tariff of incoming calls for prepaid subscribers roaming in Georgia will make only AMD 45 per minute instead of the AMD 80 before.
