VivaCell-MTS presents new postpaid tariff plan 'City Talks'

 VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, is glad to introduce a new postpaid tariff plan “City Talks” which, for only AMD 5500 per month, offers individuals and small enterprises:
• 1500 minutes of on-net airtime per month
• 150 minutes of airtime to RA other networks per month
• 150 SMS to RA GSM networks per month
