World Team Championship: USA-Armenia 2:2

 The first round of the World Team Championship in the Chinese city of Ningbo kicked off with the outstanding performance of Armenian national team against Israel (3,5:0,5). Levon Aronian defeated Emil Sutovsky, Vladimir Akopian – Evgeny Postny, Gabriel Sargissian – Tamir Nabaty. Sergei Movsessian shared his points with Michael Roiz.

In the second round Armenian team met with the team of USA. Sergei Movsessian defeated Onischuk Alexander. Yuri Shulman – Vladimir Akopian and Gabriel Sargissian - Seirawan Yasser sets ended in draw. Regretfully, Levon Aronian lost to Gata Kamsky which made the game end in 2:2.
