Armenian chess players at Shenzhen Universiade

GM Avetik Grigoryan has scored 4.5 points out of 5 and is in the lead at the 26th Summer Shenzhen Universiade. GMs Wang Hao and Li Chao (China) also have 4.5 points each but they are behind Grigoryan in the Elo rating.

GMs Zaven Andriasian and Hrant Melkumyan have scored 3.5 points each.

WIMs Karina Ambartsumova and Anna Hairapetian have scored 3.5 and 2.5 points respectively in the women's tournament, armchess.am reported.
