Hayk Hakobyan finishes fourth in Shenzhen weightlifting

The weightlifting competition has finished in the 26th Summer Universiade in Shenzhen.

In the heavyweight category, Armenia’s Hayk Hakobyan finished fourth lifting 402 kg in snatch and clean & jerk combination.

Mohamed Masoud (Egypt) became the winner in this weight category. Peter Nagy (Hungary) won silver lifting 412 kg.

Armenia was represented by six weightlifters in Shenzhen Universiade. Aghasi Aghasyan (w/c 77 kg) performed excellently and became World Champion, ARMNOC reported.
