VivaCell-MTS offers more convenient terms within Dialect tariff plan

VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, announces that from now on Dialect tariff plan subscribers can call to 37497 and 37447 networks for only AMD 17 per minute instead of the previous 42 AMD/minute.
