A. Harutyunyan: we don’t need poor guarantees from Azerbaijan but strong ones from EBU

 The European Broadcasting Union is holding talks with Azerbaijan to get necessary security guarantees for the Armenian delegation to “Eurovision 2012” international song contest, said Aleksan Harutyunyan, the chairman of the committee for the Public TV and Radio Company.

“We’ve told the EBU that we don’t need Azerbaijan’s poor guarantees, but those from EBU. Now we’re in that phase and I think we’ll get those guarantees prior to Geneva meeting in December,” A. Harutyunyan said.
