Armenian youth team in World U16 Chess Olympiad

 In the Turkish city of Izmit World U16 Chess Olympiad has kicked off. In the first round Armenian youth team defeated the team of UAE. Grigoryan Karen defeated Walid Anwar, Gabuzyan Hovhannes - Saleh Naif, Harutyunian Tigran - Abdulla Abdulwahab; and the only draw was recorded in Apresyan Zohrak - Sultan Ibrahim set. In the second round Armenian youth team will meet with the team of Moldova.
