Samvel Ter-Sahakyan drew with Fedoseev in the 7th round, U18 group, at the World Youth Chess Championships in Caldas Novas, Brazil. Samvel dominates the championship with 6.5 points. He is one point ahead of Fedoseev and Debashis.

Robert Aghasaryan beat Monroy. He is 23rd with 4.5 points.

In U16 group, Hovhannes Gabuzyan drew with Dragun and Karen H. Grigoryan beat Ebeling. Gabuzyan is 3rd with 5.5 points and Grigoryan – 14th with 5 points.
