Armenia ranks second in CIS on industrial growth rate

Armenia’s industrial output in January-October 2011 amounted to 13.1 percent, according to the Interstate Statistical Committee of CIS.

Kyrgyzstan ranks first on industrial growth rate in January-October 2011, 27.5 percent, Armenia is second, with 13.1 percent.

Belarus recorded 10 percent and Ukraine – 8.2 percent.

In Russia and Tajikistan the industrial growth rate is 5.1 percent, in Kazakhstan – 4 percent.

Azerbaijan recorded the lowest index – 4 percent.

The Interstate Statistical Committee possesses no data concerning Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Moldova.
