Grant for improving ambulance services in Armenia

U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern, USAID Armenia Mission Director Jatinder Cheema and Armenian Minister of Health Harutyun Kushkyan have signed a two-year grant agreement on improvement of ambulance services in Armenia. The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of Armenian government and U.S. Mission, the U.S. Embassy press office reported.

The two-year grant is part of the agreement between USAID and Armenian government on support for health and social reform, signed in 2010 August.
