Andranik Nikoghosyan in a fix because he is Armenian?

Hraparak presented an interview with Chairman of CIS Youth Union Andranik Nikoghosyan. Nikoghosyan said that Putin Clubs were established in Armenia at the suggestion of Armenian youth.

“I am not inactive, I cannot leave Moscow and occupy myself with jobs in Armenia all day long. I engage in activities in the entire region. Why should I be in a fix because I am Armenian?”
