Zhamanak offers apologies to Syunik governor

Dwelling on the subject of the alleged interview with Syunik governor Surik Khachatryan, Zhamanak daily writes: “We checked all incoming and outgoing calls at Zhamanak’s Los Angeles office and found out that our American correspondent had phoned Khachatryan dialing 093 code instead of 094. 093 code belonged to Lieutenant General Haykaz Baghmanyan who talked to our correspondent on behalf of the governor.”

The newspaper offers apologies to Khachatryan and to readers.
