ARF election list completed

Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun writes that ARF has finished discussions on party’s proportional list. The election list will be headed by Hrant Margaryan, Vahan Hovhannisyan will be second and Armen Rustamyan – third. The latter told the daily that electoral bribe flourishes due to the preservation of the majority election system.

“This election system does not envisage political and ideological competition, so those who have more money are levers become winners.”
