Viktor Dallakyan to join RPA

Irates de Facto writes that electoral district No. 30 is said to have been left to Viktor Dallakyan.

“According to competent sources, he will join RPA and will run in the elections by the majority election system. In response to our question RPA said they have not received a bid from their former co-partisan Dallakyan for the present.”
