Zhoghovurd: Ex-Speaker’s driver runs his own restaurant

The driver of former Speaker of Armenian Parliament Hovik Abrahamyan, Grigor runs his own restaurant in Mkhchyan village, Ararat region, and does not pay for municipal services, Zhoghovurd daily reports citing its sources.

The newspaper did not manage to contact Grigor, but it is said that he has not paid either for electricity or for water for years.
