RPA approves Hermine Naghdalyan’s candidacy

But the daily does not rule out that with her quick wit as a woman Naghdalyan was able to be included in the party list. RPA has already approved Naghdalyan’s candidacy, according to Yerkir. Hermine Naghdalyan may be the first female candidate on the party list.
