Haykakan Zhamanak: Oligarch collects passport data

Rumors circulate that in Malatia-Sebastia administrative district workers of companies owned by oligarch Samvel Alexanyan are forced to provide passport data, according to Haykakan Zhamanak daily.

Sellers and workers are to provide passport data of 35 people each while this number rises to 100, 200 and so on as the rank becomes higher.

Samvel Alexanyan’s wife, Shogherina Mkrtchyan is rumored to run this process.
