Vazgen Khachikyan: Everything is OK in horizontal position only

Zhoghovurd daily talked to former Chairman of Social Security State Foundation Vazgen Khachikyan. The former official said only media had brought a charge against him. Asked whether he is OK and continues to live happily, Khachikyan said, “Everything is OK in a paradise, in a horizontal position only, with candles and wreaths above and below.”

Khachikyan added that he had never had problems with RPA, neither will he have any.
