Kocharyan arranges Putin’s speech

According to Hraparak daily, second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan is currently in Moscow. The exact purpose of the visit is not known, however, taking into consideration the fact that Vladimir Putin is expected to address the Prosperous Armenia Party congress today, the daily does not rule out that Robert Kocharyan has arranged Putin’s speech.
