Tigran Torosyan not to run for parliament

Former Speaker of Parliament Tigran Torosyan has not been invited to attend the Prosperous Armenia Party congress, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. Torosyan told the daily he will not run in the elections either in proportional system or in majority system.
