Hmayak Hovhannisyan to be among top candidates on PAP election list

Chairman of the Union of Political Scientists of Armenia Hmayak Hovhannisyan told Haykakan Zhamanak that he agreed to be on Prosperous Armenia Party election list, remaining non-partisan. Asked what place he will occupy on the list, Hovhannisyan said that it’s up to the party to decide this at the same time he said that he will be among top candidates on the party list.
