Bad advice to voters

Hayatsk writes that RPA allegedly decided to give election bribe to those who will photograph with a mobile phone the ballot paper proving that they elected the party. The newspaper advises to mark a cross on the ballot paper, to photograph it with a mobile phone, then to invalidate the ballot paper and to put it into the ballot box.
